Create a Shazam account using your email at Shazam.com

What does a Shazam account do?

Create an account and your Shazams will be saved forever at www.shazam.com/myshazam - even if they’ve been deleted from your phone.

Sounds great! How do I sign-up?

If you've previously signed in via Facebook, you already have a Shazam account and don't need to create a new one - just make sure you're logged in with your Facebook details and you're all set.

To create a brand new Shazam account using your email address, follow these steps:

1. Visit www.shazam.com and select the 'Log In' option at the top right-hand corner of the screen, followed by 'Sign up'.

2. Enter the email address you'd like to set up a shiny new Shazam account with. Once verified, the email address you use is for keeps, so choose wisely.

3. Keep an eye on your inbox and click 'Confirm' in the confirmation email we send you. You need to confirm on the same device and using the same browser you used to create your account - no exceptions.

4. When you next log into www.shazam.com/myshazam you’ll find all your existing Shazams waiting for you. Any future discoveries you make while logged into your account will also be saved here.

I haven’t received a confirmation email yet - what do I do?

Scour your spam. Leave no folder unturned. If that fails, just open Shazam and tap ‘send again’ so we can send you another.

Does the link in the confirmation email expire?

Yep. After one day the link will expire and you’ll need to resend a new confirmation email.

Can I sign into the same Shazam account on multiple devices?

Absolutely. Sign into as many devices as you like, and all your Shazams will be stored safely at www.shazam.com/myshazam.

Will my Shazams automatically sync across different devices when I’m signed in?

Yes! - all Shazams you make while signed in will be uploaded to our website and will automatically sync to any other devices as long as you're using the same login.

Can my Shazams be added to more than one account?

Nope. Once your Shazams become attached to a particular account there’s no separating them. Create a new Shazam account and you'll be starting with a clean slate.
